A: Yes, my dog can swim with the collar
Q: How long must I train my dog to see results?
A: It takes About 3 weeks with the Shock Safe™Dog Training Collar.
Q: How does the shock mode work?
A: The Dog Training Collar have 4 buttons: Audible, Vibrate and Shock. I personally don't use the shock mode because the audible or vibrate mode is enough for training.
Q: I see the product doesn't have a charger, is it rechargeable? how? battery life?
A: It has a USB cable, to connect to your computer, phone's, charger etc...
Q: Can it be used on a 9 lb dog with a 10.5-inch neck?
A: Yes, you can adjust and cut the collar to fit any size dog
Q: What is the range of the collar and remote control?
A: The range is over 900 ft/ 250m
