- When the battery is exhausted and the hearing aid cannot work normally, you need to buy a special A10 battery for the hearing aid instead of the ordinary A10 battery. Regular A10 batteries may reduce hearing aid operating time.

Do I need a hearing test?
No, our hearing devices don't require that you take a hearing test. These hearing devices have only one goal in mind: to isolate and enhance sounds such as voices, music and TV.
Zoonfamily™ hearing aids are configured for the most common types of hearing loss and works for the majority customers out of box. Each hearing device can be easily adjusted for your hearing loss level.
Are batteries included? What batteries does device use and how long do they last?
Yes, there is one battery included with your device which should last up to 2 weeks of general usage. Our hearing aid device uses Zinc A-10 batteries, the smallest around. You can find A-10 batteries at any local pharmacy, grocery store or supermarket.
Will your hearing aid device fit my ear(s)?
We include earbuds in 6 different sizes with each hearing device allowing 99% of customers to get the perfect and comfortable fit.
How do you keep your prices so low compared to others?
Hearing aids purchased in retail stores are dominated by only several large global brands and heavily marked up (up to 500%!). We believe it's because hearing aid manufacturers are starting to include many unnecessary features in order to drive up the cost of the hearing aids. Also, government regulations make it harder for audiologists to provide their patients with the right care and treatment that they deserve.
